EcoDoor provides a platform connecting residents in Sector-9 with verified scrap vendors for scheduled scrap pickups. We facilitate the collection of recyclable materials including paper, plastic, metal, and electronic waste.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Ensure scrap materials are properly sorted and accessible at the scheduled pickup time
- Do not include hazardous materials or prohibited items in pickups
- Treat vendors and staff with respect and professionalism
4. Vendor Verification
All vendors on our platform undergo a verification process. However, EcoDoor is not liable for the actions of individual vendors. Users are encouraged to report any issues through our support channels.
5. Pickup Scheduling
Users must be available during the scheduled pickup window. Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.
6. Pricing and Payments
Prices for scrap materials are determined by market rates and displayed in the app. Payments are processed securely through our platform. EcoDoor charges a nominal service fee for each transaction.
7. Limitation of Liability
EcoDoor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or app notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
